REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

1.General
At Roblesabana Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since this is a food product, certain special conditions apply.
2.Defective or Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@roblesabanacoffee.com , attaching photos and your order number.
We will offer a replacement or a refund, as applicable.
3.Incorrect Products
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
4.Non-Refundable Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or tampered products.
5.Procedure to Request a Refund
- Send an email to info@roblesabanacoffee.com with the subject “Refund Request.”
- Include your order number, reason for the request, and photographic evidence if applicable.
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
6.Approved Refunds
Once approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time for the funds to be credited depends on the issuing bank and may take 5 to 10 business days.
