Finca La Hilda, owned by the Vargas Ruiz family, is located in the foothills of the Poás Volcano, Costa Rica, and is Rainforest Alliance certified, a guarantee of environmentally and socially responsible practices. In addition, La Hilda has practices in regenerative agriculture and constant innovation in small lots and microlots of coffee, both in terms of varieties and processes.

This boutique coffee, selected directly from the farm by us, has an elegant dark chocolate flavor with a mild acidity. We roast this delicious coffee with its own specific profile ranging from medium to dark, to enhance its balanced flavor.
